    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tbsp. cornstarch
    Dash of salt
    1 1/2 cup orange juice
    1 Tbsp. vegan margarine

    Recipe



    In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt; stir in orange juice. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook 2 minutes more.
    Remove from heat; stir in vegan margarine. Serve warm.

    Makes 1 3/4 cups. 9 servings.
