List of Ingredients
1/2 cup vegetable broth or water
1 Tbs. cornstarch or arrowroot
2 Tbs. cooking wine (mirin, sake or sherry work well)
1 to 2 tsp. sesame oil, to taste (use toasted sesame oil for 1-2 tsp. soy
sauce or tamari a more robust flavor)
1/2 Tbs. rice vinegar
1 tsp. maple syrup or evaporated cane juice
1-2 Tbs. miso
salt and pepper, to tasteRecipe
Whisk above ingredients together and set aside.
