1 cup vegan mayonnaise (Veganaise or homemade cashew or soy mayonnaise)
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. chopped olives
salt and paprika to taste
