2 oz vegan margarine
1½ oz plain flour
425ml soya milk
For a cheezy flavour
1 to 2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes, to taste.
Recipe
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and whisk over the heat until
cooked. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Easy!
Notes
This is delicious served with steamed cauliflower or braised leeks, or
mixed with diced cooked beetroot or fried onions, or use with bolognaise
sauce in a vegan lasagne.
