    A thick, rich, velvety smooth cheeze sauce. Elegant over steamed
    vegetables or potato chunks. Also makes a quick topping for English
    muffins or French bread pizzas. Simply spread bread or muffin halves
    with a small amount of pizza sauce, cover with a bit of White Rabbit,
    add any additional toppings, such as chopped green pepper, sliced
    mushrooms, or onion, and pop under the broiler until lightly browned.

    1 cup firm silken tofu, drained and crumbled
    1 1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. raw cashew pieces
    2 Tbsp. quick-cooking rolled oats
    2 tsp. onion granules
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic granules
    pinch of allspice

    Place all the ingredients in a blender, and process several minutes
    until completely smooth Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce
    the heat to medium-low and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
