Bread Stuffing

List of Ingredients
2 Tbsp. margarine or oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
6 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 lbs. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. sage
1 1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
1 cup vege stock
Recipe
Saute the onion, celery and mushrooms in the margarine or oil. Combine with the remaining ingredients and moisten with the stock.
