    handful or two of asparagus
    1 C raw cashews
    plain soymilk
    sat
    Bill's Best Chicknish'
    Dragg's Liquid Aminos

    Recipe



    Cook a handful or two of asparagus. When tender, place in blender with water used for cooking and blend until smooth. Then add about a cup of raw, cleaned cashews that you have roasted in the oven. Add plain soymilk and blend until nuts are smooth and mixture is creamy. Season with salt, Bill's
    Best Chicknish' and a dash of Bragg's Liquid Aminos. Adjust seasonings until you have a flavorful soup. It's great this way, or if you want a chunkier version, add chunks of asparagus that's been cooked until "just tender". Great as soup, on toast, or on rice.
