Blueberry Soup

List of Ingredients
1 pint fresh blueberries or 2 C. frozen
3 T. frozen apple juice concentrate
2-3 T. maple syrup
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
Recipe
Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan on medium-high heat and bring to boil. When boiling, reduce heat and simmer until berries burst, about 15 min. for fresh blueberries or 12 min. for frozen. Serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
