Corn Chowder

List of Ingredients
6 c water
1/2 c diced onion
1 T olive oil
1/2 c chicken seasoning
1 t salt
1 T diced parsley
1/2 t. onion powder
1/2 t celery salt
dash cayenne (optional)
1 1/2 c diced potatoes
1/3 c grated carrots
1/3 c diced celery
1 1/2 c frozen or canned corn
1 c raw cashews
1 c waterRecipe
1. Sauté onion in olive oil in bottom of a large saucepan until clear.
2. Add water and bring to a boil. Add seasoning and vegetables except corn. Simmer until soft. Add corn.
3. Blend cashews in 1 c of water until creamy and smooth (not grainy), Slowly add to soup and bring to a slow boil.
4. Serve immediately
