    6 cups water
    1/2 cup orange juice
    5 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 - 12 oz. package mixed dried fruit (2 cups)
    1/3 cup raisins
    1 large apple, diced
    1 banana
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate, optional

    Recipe



    Soak first 5 ingredients together in saucepan for 5 minutes. Bring mixture
    to a boil over medium heat. Add apple and lemon juice. Reduce to low heat
    and simmer covered for 3 minutes or until tapioca is clear and fruit is
    soft. Slice banana into soup, reserving slices for garnish. Serve warm.
