    List of Ingredients




    4 cups canned tomatoes
    4 cups cooked garbanzo beans
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
    1 - 2 Tbsp. chicken-style seasoning (vegan)
    4 cups cooked noodles, optional
    1/3 cup tomato paste

    Recipe



    Combine and bring to a boil: tomatoes, onion and green pepper. Simmer 15 minutes. Add seasonings and simmer another 30 minutes. Then blend 2 cups of beans with just enough water to make a thick creamy consistency. Add to tomato mixture. Put rest of garbanzos in and bring to a boil again. May add noodles. Heat and serve.
