    Kohlrabi and Mushroom Soup

    List of Ingredients

    3 Tbsp. oil
    4 cups broth
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 small kohlrabi, peeled and sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced salt
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced pepper
    2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    2 tsp. fresh dill

    Recipe

    Heat the oil in a medium saucepan. Cook the onion, garlic, and mushroom over medium-high heat until the mushrooms begin to color. Stir in the tomato and cook for another 3 minutes. Add the broth, bring to a boil, and add the kohlrabi. Lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the dill. Serves 4.
