    List of Ingredients




    1 Onion; chopped
    1/3 c Water
    1 cn Crushed tomatoes; (28 oz)
    1 cn Kidney beans; (15 oz)
    -undrained
    1 cn Garbanzo beans; (15 oz)
    -undrained
    1 cn Creamed corn; (16 oz)
    1 c Vegetable broth
    1 cn Tomato sauce; (8 oz)
    1 tb Taco seasoning
    Several dashes of tabasco
    -sauce

    Recipe



    Place the onion and water in a medium soup pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes.
    Recipe Hint: We use Taco Dust seasoning by Cajun Dust of Phoenix, Arizona. Other taco seasonings will also work in this recipe. This spicy, thick soup is hearty enough for a filling dinner when served with a loaf of bread.
