2 red bell peppers, seeds and ribs removed, cut into squares
1 medium onion, peeled and diced
1 English cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
Juice and zest of 2 large oranges
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tsp garlic, freshly pressed
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
salt and cayenne pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, purée until smooth, and chill for at least 2 hours.
