    1 1/2 teaspoons garlic -- chopped
    1 28 oz. Can tomatoes -- cut up
    3 cups water
    1 6 oz. Can tomato paste
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 15 oz. Can canned kidney beans -- drained
    1 15 oz. Can canned black eyed peas -- drained
    1 15 oz. Can garbanzo beans -- drained
    1 15 oz. Can whole kernel corn -- drained
    1 cup carrots -- chopped
    1 cup celery -- chopped
    1 medium onion -- chopped

    Recipe



    1. Combine first 13 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Stir in vegetables and simmer, covered, for 10 Minutes more.
