Tofu-Peanut-Garlic Stew

Recipe Introduction
I just made this up one day when I was bored, but it is super-good. I used Shiraz and it came out a foul-looking gray color, but a Pinot Grigio might be good and more attractive-looking. Measures are from memory, so adjust to taste!
List of Ingredients
1 bag shelled edamame
1 block extra-firm tofu
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. peanut oil
1/2 peanut butter
1/4 c. Shiraz
1/4 chopped garlicRecipe
Mix all together and heat and stir until thick. Better the next day and really good cold! God bless!
