    List of Ingredients




    2 cups fresh snow peas, washed and drained
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. ginger, or 1 - 2 tsp. ginger root, grated
    2 carrots, sliced into 1/8" coins
    3 green onions, sliced
    2 cups bean sprouts, washed and drained
    1 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 cup Soy Curls, rehydrated

    cooking oil
    roasted cashews
    cooked rice

    2/3 cup cold water
    2 tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. chicken style seasoning

    Recipe



    Mix water, soy sauce, cornstarch, and chicken style seasoning in small bowl. Set aside. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, ginger, and garlic. Fry 30 seconds. Add carrots and onion and cook 2 more minutes.
    Add remaining vegetables and saute' 2 more minutes. Add soy curls and sauce mixture. Stir until mixture thickens. Serve over rice and sprinkle with cashews.
