    QUICK SOY CURL AND NOODLE STIR-FRY

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cups Soy Curls (rehydrated)
    1 quart water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 3-oz. pkg. mushroom flavored Ramien noodles, vegetarian (or Oriental)
    1/4 cup oil
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    2/3 cup thinly sliced carrots
    1 cup celery, diagonally cut
    2 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup warm broth (chicken style seasoning and water)

    Recipe



    In saucepan, place water and salt; bring to a boil. Add noodles from Ramien pkg. Do not add flavor packet! Stir to separate noodles. Cook two minutes. In large deep skillet place oil. over medium/high heat add garlic and onion. Fry 2 - 4 minutes. Add Soy Curls, carrots, celery, and cabbage. Cook 2 more minutes or until tender. Add noodles and broth. Mix well and serve immediately.

    *Adjust seasonings to your taste. I add Bragg's Amino's to this, or Tamari Sauce.
