    List of Ingredients




    1 Tbs. oil
    1 med. onion, thinly sliced and separated
    1 stalk celery, thinly cliced
    2 carrots, thinly sliced
    1 zucchini, cut into 2 inch julienne strips
    2 cups broccoli
    1 4oz. can water chestnuts, drained and thinly sliced (optional)
    1 cup fresh snow peas or frozen peas
    2 Tbs. sodium-reduced soy sauce
    8 oz. linguini, cooked al dente and drained
    1 tsp. Oriental sesame oil (optional)

    Recipe



    Heat a wok or nonstick skillet over high heat. Add the oil, swirling it around the pan. Add the onions and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
    Add the celery and carrots, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the zucchini, broccoli and water chestnuts, and pea pods and stir-fry for 2 minutes more. Add soy sauce; heat 1 minute. Add the hot, well-drained linguini to the vegetable mixture, sprinkle with sesame oil, and mix until heated through.
