    List of Ingredients

    Q. I have lecithin granules and liquid form. What types of things should I used these for if I didn't have a recipie calling for them already?

Maureen, you can add them to any baked breads in either the liquid or granular form. They can also be used in foods that you want to emulsify, like salad dressings and creamy toppings (like a tofu whipped topping). I'd add a small amount and go on from there. I've also found that lecithin is good "just plain". Dip your spoon into the liquid lecithin. . .then taste it. It's not very tasty, but it is good for you. I find that when my tummy hurts (flu symptoms), that lecithin helps to settle it again. In that application more than one spoonful is helpful. . .a taste every 5 - 10 minutes until you are feeling better.

    >>Do the granules get mixed in the blender or do the dissolve when mixing or melt in while cooking?

If you are using the granules in baked goods, just put them in and they will blend in nicely. In liquid foods (like dressings), the blender should be used.
