"Meat" Balls

List of Ingredients
1 cup ground raw potatoes
2 tsp.soy flour (or other bean flour)
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp. sage or to taste
1 cup bread crumbs (gluten free if necessary)
1 cup ground walnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
Recipe
Mix thoroughly, form into balls. Put into baking dish. Cover with your favorite gravy and bake 20 - 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
