    List of Ingredients

    1 pound Kohlrabi blanched
    3 cloves Elephant Garlic Bulb finely chopped
    1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar or Raspberry Vinegar

    Recipe

    In a medium size bowl, toss together the Kohlrabi, Elephant Garlic and Vinegar. Serve at room temperature.
