    3 Tablespoons White wine
    1 Tablespoon Paprika
    1/2 Cup Olive oil
    2 Teaspoons Prepared horseradish
    1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
    2 Each kohlrabi -- Sliced thin
    1 Each Carrot -- Shredded

    Recipe



    Combine the first five gradients

    Place the vegetables in a large non reactive bowl, add the dressing, and toss to combine

    Cover with plastic wrap, and let marinate for at least one hour
