    List of Ingredients




    1. Cut cauliflower into medium size pieces, place in baking pan that has a lid
    2. Add whole garlic cloves, as many as you like
    3. Sprinkel a layer of olive or light sesame oil on the vegetable, toss with hands until coated
    4. Repeat step three with sea salt
    5. Cove pot and bake in medium to hot (350 - 400 degrees F.) oven until vegetables are tender
