Thanksgiving Dinner wouldnt be the same without this side dish!
List of Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar for Topping
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 3/4 stick butter for Topping
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Topping: Melt butter, add flour, sugar, and pecans.
- Blend all other ingredients
- Pour in greased oblong
casserole.
- Springle with topping and bake in 350 degree oven for
approximately 25 -30 minutes.
