    INSTEAD OF RUM YOU CAN USE 1/3 CUP OF WATER MIXED WITH 1 TSP. OF RUM FLAVOURING. TRY FINELY CHOPPED DATES IN THE FRUIT MIXTURE!!!



    2 CUPS VANILLA WAFER "CRUMBS"
    1 CUP ICING SUGAR
    1/4 CUP UNSWEETENED COCOA
    1 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
    1/2 CUP MIXED DRIED FRUIT
    1/4 CUP BUTTER, MELTED
    1/3 CUP RUM
    CHOCOLATE SPRINKLES OR TOASTED COCONUT TO COAT (OPTIONAL)

    COMBINE WAFER CRUMBS, ICING SUGAR, COCOA, NUTS AND FRUIT

    STIR TOGETHER BUTTER AND RUM. POUR INTO DRY MIXTURE. STIR UNTIL INCREDIENTS ARE ALL MOISTENED.

    PUT ABOUT 1 TSP. OF MIXTURE INTO PALM OF HAND AND FORM BALL.. REPEAT... ROLL BALLS IN CHOCOLATE SPRINKLES OR TOASTED ALSMOST (IF DESIRED) CHILL IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IN REFRIGERATOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS.
