    PUMPERNICKLE DIP

    1 CUP MAYONNAISE
    1 CUP SOUR CREAM
    1 PACKAGE KNORR'S SWISS DRY VEGETABLE SOUP MIX
    1 PACKAGE COOKED, CHOPPED, SPINACH (THAWED)
    1 ROUND PUMPERNICKLE BREAD


    MIX THE FIRST FOUR INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. PUT IN REFRIGERATOR TO COOL. BEST IF MADE DAY BEFORE YOU PLAN TO USE.

    Make hole in centre of pumpernicklle bread. Save the bread you scoop out and cut into small squares to be used for dipping..

    Place dip into cavity in bread.

    Excellent, excellent dip. Always disappears first.

    You can also buy some "pumpernickle rolls" and cut up into small pieces for dipping.
