    SHRIMP DIP

    1 TIN TOMATO SOUP
    1 PKG. 8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE
    1 PKG. GELATIN
    1 CUP HELLMAN'S MAYONNAISE
    2 TINS COCKTAIL SHRIMP
    1 CUP CHOPPED CELERY
    1 CUP CHOPPED ONION


    COMBINE TOMATO SOUP AND PKG. OF CREAM CHEESE IN POT. HEAT, CONINTUING TO STIR, UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD PKG OF GELATIN.

    REMOVE FROM STOVE.

    ADD MAYONNAISE, SHRIMP, CELERY AND ONION.

    COMBINE MIXTURE UNTIL SMOOTH.

    LIGHTLY GREASE (PAM SPRAY) MOULD AND ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO MOULD.

    REFRIGERATE APPOX. 3 HOURS OR MAKE THE DAY AHEAD.

    TO REMOVE FROM MOULD, HOLD UNDER SLIGHTLY WARM WATER.

    PLACE ON PLATTER OR LARGE DINNER PLATE. I LIKE TO USE "BUGLES" AND PLACE BUGLES AROUND PLATE HOLDING MOULD.
