ORZO WITH PARSLEY AND GARLIC

1 lb. orzo or other small pasta
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup chopped fresg parsley
4 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper taste
COOK ORZO IN BOILING SALTED WATER UNTIL TENDER. DRAIN. CHOP GARLIC. WARM OIL IN A LARGE FRYING PAN OVER "LOW" HEAT. ADD GARLIC AND COOK ABOUT 30 SECONDS. STIR IN ORZO, PARSLEY., SALT TO TASTE, 1/4 TSP PEPPER AND BUTTER. TOSS WELL. ADD MORE SALT AND PEPPER IF DESIRED.
