    LEMON CRANBERRY PIE


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 - 9" BAKED PASTRY SHELL
    • 1 (16 OZ) CAN WHOLE BERRY CRANBERRY SAUCE
    • 2 TBSP. CORNSTARCH
    • 2 TBSP. LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
    • 1 (14 OZ) CAN SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
    • 1/2 CUP LEMON JUICE
    • 3 EGG YOLKS


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    2. In small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, cornstarch and sugar. Over medium heat, cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    3. Spoon into prepared pie shell.
    4. In small mixer bowl, beat condensed milk, lemon juice and egg yolks until well blended.
    5. Spoon evenly over cranberry mixture.
    6. Bake 30 minutes. Cool. Chill thouroughly. Garnish as desired.
