    Alice's Rhubarb Jello


    List of Ingredients


    • 2-3oz pkgs of Strawberry Jello
    • 4 C Rhubarb
    • 1 C sugar
    • Apricots or Tapioca if wanted


    Instructions


    1. Cook Rhubarb down till stringy (if frozen add water).
    2. Add jello and sugar, following jello instructions.
