Milnot No Bake Cheesecake

This is a yummy cheesecake recipe that my grandma always used.





List of Ingredients



• 1-3 oz pkg lemon geletin
  
• 1 C boiling water
  
• 1-8 oz pkg cream cheese
  
• 1/2 C sugar
  
• 1 tea vanilla
  
• 1-12 oz can whipped Milnot, chilled
  
• 2 C graham crackers (1 pkg of 10) crumbs
  
• Butter
  






Instructions



1. Dissolve jello in water, chill till slightly thickened.
   
2. Whip cheese, sugar, vanilla, and jello.
   
3. Whip Milnot till it holds a stiff peak.
   
4. Whip jello and cheese mixture into whipped Milnot.
   
5. Crust: Mix crumbs and butter and pat into bottom of 9x13 pan.
   
6. Pour cheesecake into crust.
   
7. Chill 2 hours
