This needs to be rubbed on 12 hrs in advance and can be grilled it is basically a Beef Tenderloin
List of Ingredients
4-6 lb average tenderlin
1 TB thyme
1 tsp white pepper
1 TB seasoning salt
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/4 C Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Place beef on large sheet of aluminum foil and rub thyme into beef
Sprinkle a mixture of pepper, seasoning salt, garlic salt, and oregano over beef
Roll beef over foil to pick up remaining dry ingredients.
Wrap beef in foil and refridgerate 12 hrs
Remove 2 hrs before cooking
Place beef in pan and sprinkle with salt and Worcestire sauce, add 1 Cup of water to pan and cook 35 min per pound at 400 degrees
