    Pizza Dough


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg or 2 1/2 tea active dry yeast
    • 1 C warm water
    • 1/2 tea salt
    • 2 tea olive oil
    • 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 C flour
    • 1 minced garlic clove
    • 1/2 tea pizza spices


    Instructions


    1. Dissolve yeast in warm water, add salt, olive oil, and 2 1/2 C flour. Mix together
    2. Add remaining flour, 1/2 C at a time till dough cleans the bowl.
    3. Put dough in greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and let rise till doubled in a warm place. Punch dough down.
    4. Roll out dough forming a lip to hold in the toppings.
    5. Add toppings as desired and bake at 450 for 15 to 20 minutes.


    Final Comments


    Yeild: 4 servings. I double this recipe and make two pizzas and freeze the other. Then just take it and throw in the oven and tada an easy meal.
