Cajun Chicken Strips
A quick and spicy way with chicken, from Quick Cooking Magazine.
List of Ingredients
- 1 TB flour
- 1 tea poultry seasoning
- 3/4 tea garlic salt
- 1/2 tea paprika
- 1/4 tea pepper
- 1/8 - 1/4 tea cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 lb boneless,skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1/2" strips
- 2 TB butter
Instructions
- In a large plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients.
- Add chicken strips, half at a time, and shake to coat.
- In a large skillet cook chicken in butter for 8-10 min, or till juices run clear.
Final Comments
Yield: 4-6 servings
If left in fridge overnight, flavor gets a bit more cajun.
