    Cajun Chicken Strips

    A quick and spicy way with chicken, from Quick Cooking Magazine.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 TB flour
    • 1 tea poultry seasoning
    • 3/4 tea garlic salt
    • 1/2 tea paprika
    • 1/4 tea pepper
    • 1/8 - 1/4 tea cayenne pepper
    • 1 1/2 lb boneless,skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1/2" strips
    • 2 TB butter


    Instructions


    1. In a large plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients.
    2. Add chicken strips, half at a time, and shake to coat.
    3. In a large skillet cook chicken in butter for 8-10 min, or till juices run clear.


    Final Comments


    Yield: 4-6 servings

    If left in fridge overnight, flavor gets a bit more cajun.
