Honey Mustard Chicken Packets

Super easy recipe with little to no cleanup!! Also this can be frozen.
List of Ingredients
- 1/3 C Dijon Mustard
- 3 TB honey
- 1/4 tea pepper
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- Aluminum Foil
Instructions
- Combine mustard, honey, and pepper in a small bowl; blend well.
- Place each chicken breast on a 12 inch sheet of Aluminum Foil. Pour 2 TB mustard mixture over each chicken breast.
- Wrap and seal each chicken breast in foil to make 4 packets. Freeze if desired.
- Preheat oven to 400F. To bake open foil, leave chicken breast on foil sheet folding the edges around the chicken to form a boat. Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with sauce in foil boat.
