List of Ingredients
- • 1 egg mixed with 200 ml water and 200 ml milk
- • 25 grams butter
- • 400 grams wheat flour
- • 100 grams rye flour or wholemeal (So just under 4 cups of any combination in total)
- • 2 Tablespoons sugar
- • 2 Teaspoons of salt
- • 2 Tablespoons of milk powder
- • 3 Tablespoons sunflower seeds
- • 3 Tablespoons bran
- • 1 Teaspoonful dried yeast
- • 1 Tablespoon of malt and 1 Tablespoon molasses ( Added last)
Instructions
- Breadmaker setting 2 French Bread or 4 Wholemeal (4 hour cycle)
- Remember: Check with your breadmaker instrustions – some want the dry ingredients first, mine wants the water and liquids first.
