Cinnamon Oatmeal Granola Bars
List of Ingredients
2 cups old-fashioned (long cooking) oatmeal
1/2 cup packed raisins
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
6 Tablespoons butter
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tablespoon peanut butter
3 Tablespoons honey
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 9-inch square baking pan with foil or parchment paper, allowing to extend over sides. Spray with non stick cooking spray.
Mix oats, raisins, pecans and cinnamon in bowl. Combine butter, sugar, peanut butter and honey in medium saucepan. Stir over medium heat until butter melts and mixture is smooth and begins to boil. Pour butter mixture over oat mixture and stir until well coated. Transfer to prepared pan. Using spatula, press mixture evenly into pan.
Bake until top golden brown, 30 minutes. Cool. Use foil as aid to lift out of pan.
Cut into 18 bars
