    Crab Fritters

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 Lb. crab meat -- (8 oz.)
    1 egg
    1/4 C. milk
    1 C. all-purpose biscuit mix
    juice of 1 whole lemon
    1/8 Tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 Tsp. salt
    1/2 Tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1/2 Tsp. parsley flakes
    6 Drops Worcestershire sauce
    fat or oil for frying

    Recipe



    Remove all cartilage from crab meat. In a bowl, beat
    egg; add milk; stir in biscuit mix. Add seasonings and crab meat and mix gently. In heavy skillet, heat 2 to 3 inches fat or oil to 375 degrees. Drop batter into hot oil by 1/2 teaspoon and fry until brown. Makes about 24 fritters.
