I don't measure with this soup...Recipe
The day before you make it, take 1/2 lb or so of ground beef and put a bunch of garlic salt or powder in it....mix, cover and let set overnight.
Then:
start with chicken broth and get it simmering
throw in mixed frozen veggies (whatever you like)
Add about a cup of Orzo and cook a while
add some small pieces of chicken
make tiny meatballs (size of marbles) and throw those in
when the soup is nearly done, add some chopped fresh spinach leaves
Excellent and you can keep adding to it if you like
