Avocado Dip

1 Million Recipe CD
1 1/2 avocado cleaned
1/4 C fresh lemon juice
1/4 Spanish onion chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste
2 T Sour cream
2-3 drops of Tabasco sauce (or to your taste)
dice tomatoes (option)

Mash the avocados and add ingredients. Mex well, serve cold. Makes a good dip and very easy. You must use it that day because the avocados will turn brown. Lemon juice helps.
