    Carrot Pate

    15 Sliced Carrot
    3 Egg
    1/2 cup Mayonnaise
    1 tsp White Vinegar
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Thyme
    1/8 tsp Pepper Sauce
    1 tsp Parsley
    2 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

    *** Grease a 7 inch pan. Line with wax paper. Grease again. Cook carrots.
    In food processor or blender, process carrots with eggs, vinegar,
    worcestershire, mayonnaise, salt, thyme and pepper sauce. Pour into
    prepared pan. Place pan into another with one inch hot water. Bake in a
    375°F oven for 35 minutes. Cool and remove from loaf pan. Sprinkle with
    parsley.

    *** Cut into 15 slices.

    *** Serve with crackers or bread.
