    Recipe Introduction

    First you have to marinate the meat. I get a package of Fajita marinade. I then cook the meat in the marinade, and set it aside. Shred the lettuce and chop the tomato. Make slices of onion and Capsicum.

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb (1/2 kilo) steak cut in to strips, or any type of meat you would prefer
    fajita Marinade
    2 med onion
    1 capsicum
    1/4 head lettuce shredded
    1-2 tomatos chopped
    1 can of Refried beans
    1 container sour cream
    1 container guacamoule
    1 package flour tortillas
    2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

    Recipe

    cook the meat in the marinade. Add capsicum and onions and cook till almost done. Want them a bit crispy. When done cooking put them on a flour tortilla that has refried beans spread on the center. Add some cheese. The meat should go on top of the cheese with the capsicum and onion. Add the shredded lettuce, tomato, sour cream and guacamole to your desired taste. If you want it a bit spicy. Get some Taco sauce and add also. Roll up the tortilla shell and serve while hot. When rolling the shell, fold the bottom in and then roll from left to right. Leave the top part open.
    Doesn't take long to make these and they are yummy.
    I am not sure that the marinade can be bought in australia, but I am sure there is a marinade some place for them.
