    Greek Spinach Pie

    3 lb Cooked Spinach
    2 Bunches Scallions
    1/2 lb Feta Cheese
    3 Egg
    1 lb Cottage Cheese
    4 tbs Parsley
    1-1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Pepper
    2 tsp Dill Weed
    3/4 lb Butter
    1 lb Phyllo

    *** Sauté scallions and parsley in 1/4 lb of butter. Add cooked / drained
    spinach, plus all herbs. Add crumbled feta and cottage cheese mix and
    remove from heat. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Use 13x9x2 greased baking
    pan. Cover pan with one layer of phyllo. Brush with remaining melted
    butter. Add 4 more layers with butter on each. Spoon spinach mix onto
    center. Spread with fifth layer. Cover with another five layers of phyllo
    and butter. Alternate spinach and phyllo until finished. End with layers of
    phyllo. Bake for 45-60 minutes in a 350°F oven. Cut into squares.

    Yield: 16 Servings
