Drain Combine cabbage and onion in saucepan and cook in small amount boiling water for 15 minutes. Mash potatoes, beating in butter and as much of the milk as needed to make light and fluffy. Drain cabbage and onion mixture. Stir in salt and pepper. Blend this mixture very gently into mashed potatos. Place in serving dish and sprinkle top with parsley. Final Comments Different way with potatoes and the taste is great.
