.38 Caliber Meatballs

List of Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 lb. ground pork
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 1 Tbsp minced parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped (reserve about 1 clove's worth)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1-1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Vegetable oil seasoned with the reserved garlic and some minced onion
- Your favorite meatball sauce
Instructions
- Combine the first 10 ingredients and form into 1-inch meatballs. Pan fry in the oil mixture until brown.
- Place the meatballs in your favorite sauce and simmer for about 1 hour.
Yield: About 3 dozen.
