Bacon-Stuffed Tomatoes

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh cherry tomatoes
- 10 slices pre-cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Cut each tomato in half. Scoop out and discard seeds and pulp.
- In a small bowl, combine the bacon, onions and mayonnaise; stir until well mixed.
- Spoon the bacon mixture evenly into the tomato shells. (Can be made ahead, covered and refrigerated up to 2 hours. Bring to room temperature before serving.)
Makes 36 to 48.
