Baked Brie

List of Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
- 7 ounces whole ripe Brie cheese (or Camembert cheese) with rind
- 2 Tbsp sliced almonds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread butter over top and sides of cheese. Place cheese on an oven-proof rimmed serving plate. Sprinkle almonds over the top.
- Bake in the preheated 350-degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese just begins to melt.
Spread the hot Brie on slices of French bread, accompanied by grapes and sliced pears or apples. Then, with white wine, toast "bon appetit" to your friends.
Makes 3 servings
(can be used with a larger Brie for more people).
