Baked Cheese Spread

List of Ingredients



• 4-1/2 ounces Camembert cheese
  
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  
• 1/4 cup milk
  
• 1/2 tsp salt
  
• 1/2 tsp dried marjoram leaves
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 2 green onions (with tops), sliced
  
• Paprika
  
• 32 thin slices French bread
  






Instructions



1. Remove rind from Camembert cheese and let cheese stand until room temperature.
   
   
2. Mix cheeses and remaining ingredients, except paprika and bread, on low speed until smooth. Pour into a greased one-quart casserole; sprinkle with paprika.
   
   
3. Bake, uncovered, in a 350º F oven until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with French bread.
   
   Makes 32 servings.
