Baked Cheese Spread

List of Ingredients
- 4-1/2 ounces Camembert cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram leaves
- 2 eggs
- 2 green onions (with tops), sliced
- Paprika
- 32 thin slices French bread
Instructions
- Remove rind from Camembert cheese and let cheese stand until room temperature.
- Mix cheeses and remaining ingredients, except paprika and bread, on low speed until smooth. Pour into a greased one-quart casserole; sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 350º F oven until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with French bread.
Makes 32 servings.
