    Black Bean-and-Mango Salsa

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
    • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
    • 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    • 4 green onions, chopped
    • ¼ cup Italian vinaigrette dressing
    • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice (or more, to taste)
    • 2 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
    • ½ tsp garlic salt
    • ½ tsp seasoned pepper
    • ½ tsp chili powder
    • ½ tsp hot sauce
    • .
    • Assorted tortilla chips


    Instructions


    1. Stir together first 12 ingredients in a medium bowl; cover and chill 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.

      Makes 8 appetizer servings.


      BLACK BEAN-AND-CORN SALSA:
      Substitute one (11-ounce) can shoepeg corn, drained, for mango. Proceed as directed.
