Black Bean-and-Mango Salsa

- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- ¼ cup Italian vinaigrette dressing
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice (or more, to taste)
- 2 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp seasoned pepper
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp hot sauce
- .
- Assorted tortilla chips
Instructions
- Stir together first 12 ingredients in a medium bowl; cover and chill 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes 8 appetizer servings.
BLACK BEAN-AND-CORN SALSA:
Substitute one (11-ounce) can shoepeg corn, drained, for mango. Proceed as directed.
